If you are Female and aged 16+, this course has been designed for you. A bespoke course that will give you an insight into how you can improve your safety throughout your everyday life.

We equip you with valuable knowledge, tools and skills that will help you recognise a threat and enable you to respond to survival signals and act on your instincts. You will learn to understand why your body reacts in a certain way when under threat, and we will guide you through the physical elements and actions you can take should things turn bad.

If you are looking for a no nonsense approach to Self Protection for Women then book now. It is direct, informative, and thought provoking. All equipment and course literature is provided and light refreshments are provided throughout the day. Each attendee will receive a course folder containing several information handouts plus a certificate of completion is awarded at the end of the day.
